ANA offers 2 easy options for check-in:

Airport Counter Check-in: Check-in for your flight in the most conventional manner by stopping by the ANA counter at the airport.

Electronic Kiosk Check-in: For those who want to bypass the lines at the counter on busy travel days, ANA offers check-in services for passengers via electronic kiosks. Typically, these kiosks contain ANA signage on them and are located near the ANA counter. This service is available at Narita, Haneda, Kansai, Chubu, Shanghai and Beijing International Airports.

For those traveling Economy Class Class you will be allowed 1-2 items of checked baggage, not exceeding 23 kg per piece, 20-46 kg in total and with dimensions (L + W + H) not totaling more than 158 cm per piece. Economy Class baggage allowance varies based on your destination. Carry-On Baggage Restrictions for ANA

You are allowed to carry 1 piece of baggage with you on the flight at no extra charge. The maximum weight for carry-on baggage must not exceed 10 kg, with a total dimension (L + W + H) of 115 cm.

ANA Seating Options

ANA offers 4 options for seating on their flights:

Economy Class

Economy class seating on ANA has a distance of up to 32 inches between seats. Seats vary between aircraft but on the larger aircraft they have adjustable headrests and seat-back entertainment screens.

Premium Economy Class

Premium Economy class seating on ANA has a distance of 38 inches between seats and they are also wider than economy class seats and have adjustable foot rests. On longer flights in the larger aircraft they have seat-back entertainment screens.

Business Class

Business class seating on ANA has a distance of up to 65 inches between seats. The seats vary considerably between aircraft, from standard seats on shorter flights, to pod style lie flat beds on the newer, larger aircraft. On longer flights seat-back screens are available, or personal HD video players can be borrowed.

First Class

First class seating on ANA has a distance of up to 83 inches between seats. Different aircraft have different seat styles, which can vary from fully adjustable seats to fully private “squares” complete with ‘Do not disturb’ signs. Typically the seats are large, adjustable, have increased privacy, individual screens for entertainment, noise canceling headsets, extra storage and larger tables.

Flying with your pets can be a safe and fun experience if airline rules and regulations are followed. Live pets can only be transported to countries where the regulations of the country permit, and subject to the terms and conditions specified by that country. ANA In-flight Service, Beverages, and Meals

Dependant on the flight, and type of aircraft, ANA offers a wide variety of food, beverage and entertainment options.

Economy class and Premium Economy class offer entertainment according to the length of your flight. International flights on B777, 747 and 767 aircraft have seat-back screens with a choice of movies, TV programs, games and audio. Headsets are provided free of charge. A hot or cold meal is provided, depending on the time of day and length of your flight, and light meals, fine wines, snacks etc from the business class menu are available to purchase.

Business class offers entertainment on seat-back screens or individual HD video players. Headsets are provided. Food and drink options include a selection of appetizers, regional cuisine, light meals and snacks which are available at any time during your flight. The snack menu includes warm rice balls and miso soup but international options are also available.

First class offers individual screens for entertainment, and noise canceling headsets. The size of screen depends on the aircraft and seat type. The special first class dining experience includes Japanese cuisine served on fine china. An extensive snack selection, as well as beverages including fine wines, champagnes, sake and Japanese green tea is available throughout the flight.

ANA Fleet

ANA operates a fleet consisting mainly Boeing airplanes. Their fleet consists of Airbus A320, Boeing B737, B747, B767 and B777 aircraft.

ANA Lounge

ANA Lounges are fully operational in Narita and Kansai International Airports.

ANA Lounge access is available to business and first class passengers as well as Star Alliance Gold members, AMC Diamond and Platinum members and ANA Super Flyers members.
