Check-In Options

Travelers can check in using the following options: • Online - Travelers can check in online 24 ours prior to departure up until 30 minutes prior to departure - For more information about online check in with bmi • Airport kiosks (self) - Self check in kiosks typically close 40 minutes prior to departure. Machines are available at most UK airport locations and on BMI short haul flights. - For more information on self check in with bmi • Over the telephone - IF travelers are checking in with hand baggage only on Business or Premium Economy class fares or if travelers are a Diamond Club member they can use the telephone check in service. - For more information on telephone check in with bmi • Web points - In Heathrow, Glasgow or Edinburgh travelers can use their bmi web points to check in for their flights. - For more information on web points check in with bmi • Desk check in - When travelers choose to fly Business or Premium Economy class (short haul) hold a Diamond Club or are a Silver Card member (with the exception of tiny fares) they can use the bmi priority check in desks. • Lounge and gates - When travelers choose to fly Business or Premium Economy class or hold a gold and silver diamond club member they can NOW check in using the Business Class lounges (with paper tickets only) - For more information on Lounge and Gate check in |
