Founded in 1995, easyJet is a UK-based low-ost carrier that offers flights to over 120 estinations Europe, Asia, and North Africa. It is a SkyTrax 3-star low cost airline. easyJet’s headquarters are at London-Luton airport and its biggest base is London-Gatwick. Easyjet offers 3 easy options for check-in:

Airport Counter Check-in: Check-in for your flight in the most conventional manner by stopping by the Easyjet counter at the airport.

Next Day or Advance Check-in: This option allows you to save time and check-in for your flight via the internet. This can be done from 60 hours to 2 hours in advance of your departure time. To check-in online, visit Easyjet’s online check-in page. After checking-in, you can print out your boarding pass and proceed directly to the security gates if you aren’t checking any baggage. If you have to check baggage be sure to stop by the Easyjet counter.

Electronic Kiosk Check-in: For those who want to bypass the lines at the counter on busy travel days, Easyjet offers check-in services for passengers via electronic kiosks. Typically, these kiosks contain Easyjet signage on them and are located near the Easyjet counter. This service is currently available at Geneva airport.

Carry-On Baggage Restrictions for Easyjet

You are allowed to carry 1 piece of baggage with you on the flight at no extra charge. There is no maximum weight for carry-on baggage but the total dimension (L + W + H) must not exceed 126 cm.

Seating on Easyjet has a distance of 29 inches between seats. As it is a low-cost airline, seats do not have entertainment screens or audio facilities.

Traveling with Pets on Easyjet

Easyjet does not permit the carriage of pets under any circumstances other than service dogs for blind and/or deaf passengers, and helping dogs for the disabled on internal flights within the UK and mainland Europe.

Dependant on the flight, and type of aircraft, Easyjet offers a wide variety of food, beverage and entertainment options.
