At the SPAA awards hosted In November of 2007, flyglobespan was named Best Holiday as well as Airline of the Year in 2005. (by BAA Scotland and Outstanding Business Achievement awarded by The Scottish Council for Development and Industry)
The Globespan Group also managed to achieve the position of 133rd on the league table of Britain's biggest mid-market private companies in 2007. This is a jump of more than 60 places from their 2006 league position.
