Olympic Air offers 3 easy options for check-in:

Airport Counter Check-in: Check-in for your flight in the most conventional manner by stopping by the Olympic Air counter at the airport.

Next Day or Advance Check-in: This option allows you to save time and check-in for your flight up to 24 hours Olympic Air’s online check-in page. After checking-in, you can print out your boarding pass and proceed directly to the security gates if you aren’t checking any baggage. Olympic Air Baggage Information & Restrictions

Checked Luggage Restrictions for Olympic Air

For those traveling Economy Class you will be allowed 2 items of checked baggage, not exceeding 20 kg in total and with dimensions (L + W + H) not totaling more than 158 cm per piece. For those traveling Business Class you will be allowed 2 items of checked baggage, not exceeding 30 kg in total and with dimensions (L + W + H) not totaling more than 158 cm per piece. Infants without a booked seat are entitled to a baggage allowance of 6 kg on domestic flights and 10 kg on international flights, as well as a collapsible stroller.

Carry-On Baggage Restrictions for Olympic Air

Economy class passengers are allowed to carry 1 piece of baggage on the flight at no extra charge. The maximum weight for carry-on baggage must not exceed 8 kg, with a total dimension (L + W + H) of 118 cm.

For those flying Business class, 2 pieces of carry-on luggage are allowed, with a maximum weight of 12 kg (8 kg + 4 kg), and total dimensions (L + W + H) of 118 cm per bag.

If you are traveling with an infant, you are entitled to an additional bag not exceeding 6 kg.

Olympic Air Special Luggage Requirements

Olympic Air Seating Options

Olympic Air offers 2 options for seating on their flights:

Economy Class

Economy class seating on Olympic Air has a distance of 33 inches between seats. Seats do not have individual seat-back screens.

Business Class

Business class seating on Olympic Air has a distance of 58 inches between seats. Most aircraft have leather seats in business class.

Traveling with Pets on Olympic Air

Flying with your pets can be a safe and fun experience if airline rules and regulations are followed. Live pets can only be transported to countries where the regulations of the country permit, and subject to the terms and conditions specified by that country. Olympic Air In-flight Service, Beverages, and Meals

Dependant on the flight, and type of aircraft, Olympic Air offers a variety of food, beverage and entertainment options.

Economy Class offers in-flight magazines and audio entertainment on some flights. Coffee, tea, and hot meals or cold snacks are provided, depending on the flight.

Business Class also offers in-flight magazines, complimentary newspapers, and audio entertainment on some flights. Welcome drinks, tea, coffee, hot or cold meals (depending on the flight) and coffee liqueurs and chocolates are also provided. The cuisine in business class is Mediterranean style.

Olympic Air Fleet

Olympic Air operates a fleet consisting mainly of Airbus airplanes. Their fleet consists of Airbus A319, A320, ATR 42 and Bombardier Dash 8 aircraft.

Olympic Air does not operate its own company lounges.
