Porter Airlines Ticketing and Check-in InformationPorter Airlines offers three easy options for check-in: Airport Counter Check-in: All Porter Airlines passengers can check in with a customer service agent at the counter upon arrival at the airport. Unaccompanied minors, and travellers with pets must use this method to check in for Porter flights. Advance Check-in: This option allows passengers to save time and check-in for flights up to 24 hours in advance via the internet. To check-in online, visit Porter Airlines’ web check-in page. After checking-in, you can print out your boarding pass and proceed directly to the security gates if you aren’t checking any luggage. All checked baggage must be dropped off at the Porter Airlines counter. Note: On flights originating in the U.S. , web check-in is only available to holders of U.S. and Canadian passports. Passengers travelling with passports issued by other countries must check in at the counter for flights from U.S. airports. Electronic Kiosk Check-in: For those who want to bypass the counter on busy travel days, Porter Airlines offers self check-in services for passengers via electronic kiosks at select airports. Service is available in both English and French at Porter kiosks. This option is not recommended for travellers with baggage to check, since bags must be brought to the counter anyway.
