What's New Onboard?

First and Business Class cabin product improvements
Effective March 25, 2007 enjoy upmarket products when travelling in First and Business. New product improvements include fashionable amenity packs with Ultraceuticals and Payot Paris skincare products; Akira pyjamas and slippers (First Class) and Peter Morrisey designed pyjamas (Business Class). Also, now onboard eat with Marc Newson designed cutlery, crockery and glassware as well as sleep with soft new blankets and pillows.

Meal choices now much healthier
Departing from Australia, meals accredited by the National Heart Foundation will now be served on all International Economy class cabins.

Stay connected inflight with the trial of new technology
Qantas will evaluate a new technology enabling customers to send and receive SMS and e-mails from their own mobile phone, device or laptop. These technologies will only be permitted for use once the aircraft has achieved its cruising altitude.
