Carry-On Baggage Restrictions for Singapore Airlines

In Economy Class you are allowed to carry 1 piece of baggage with you on the flight at no extra charge. The maximum weight for carry-on baggage must not exceed 7 kg, with a total dimension (L + W + H) of 115 cm.

For those flying Business or First Class, 2 pieces of carry-on luggage are allowed, with a maximum weight of 7 kg per bag, and total dimensions (L + W + H) of 115 cm per bag.

Singapore Airlines Seating Options

Singapore Airlines offers 4 options for seating on their flights:

Economy Class

Economy class seating on Singapore Airlines has a distance of 32 inches between seats. Facilities vary between aircraft, but the new economy class seats have 10.6 inch personal screens and an in-seat power supply.

Business Class

Business class seating on Singapore Airlines varies considerably between aircraft but has a minimum distance of 50 inches between seats. Seat facilities also vary between aircraft but most seats on medium and long-haul flights are lie flat seats with personal screens, power supplies and extra storage as a minimum.

First Class

First class seating on Singapore Airlines also varies between aircraft but has a minimum distance of 60 inches between seats. Seat facilities also vary between aircraft but all first class seats are recliner seats (to varying angles) with personal entertainment screens, power supplies and extra storage.

Suites

Suites are available on the A380 aircraft. They include a 35 inch wide armchair, a fully flat bed, a chaise lounge and a dining table as well as a large entertainment screen, USB port, power points and extra storage facilities. The suites have sliding doors and window blinds to ensure privacy.

Business Class offers larger personal screens with a wide range of movies, TV programs, games and audio entertainment, with noise canceling headphones provided. Full table service is provided, with specially created menus. Beverages and snacks are also available on request.

First class and Suites offer larger personal screens with a wide range of movies, TV programs, games and audio entertainment, with noise canceling headphones provided. The meals are prepared by a world-renowned panel of chefs and are accompanied by a superb wine and champagne selection. There is also an in-flight snack menu available.
