1. How do I earn AIR MILES reward miles with WestJet?
WestJet guests earn one AIR MILES reward mile for every $20 when booking a flight online at FlightNetwork.com.
Reward miles are awarded on the total fare paid, including service fees such as kennel or baggage fees, but excluding all taxes and Airport Improvement Fees. Simply enter your Collector number when you book any flight through FlightNetwork.com, and the reward miles will be automatically credited to your account once all travel has been completed.

2. How do I become an AIR MILES Collector?
You can enrol in the AIR MILES Reward Program by logging onto the AIR MILES website at www.airmiles.ca, or by calling the AIR MILES Service Centre at 1-888-AIR-MILES (1-888-247-6453).

3. Do I have to book a return flight in order to qualify for AIR MILES reward miles?
No. All flights, either one-way or return are eligible for reward miles when booked online at FlightNetwork.com.

4. Can I earn AIR MILES reward miles on bookings made at the airport?
No, only flights booked through FlightNetwork.com are eligible for reward miles

5. Is there a cost to enroll in the AIR MILES Reward Program?
No, both enrolment and participation in the AIR MILES Reward Program are free. You can enrol in the AIR MILES Reward Program by logging onto the AIR MILES website at www.airmiles.ca, or by calling the AIR MILES Service Centre at 1-888-AIR-MILES (1-888-247-6453).

6. How do I redeem my AIR MILES reward miles?
AIR MILES Collectors may redeem AIR MILES reward miles online via www.airmiles.ca for most non-travel rewards. Simply log on to redeem your AIR MILES reward miles. You may also contact the AIR MILES Reward Program Service Centre toll-free at 1-888-AIR-MILES (1-888-247-6453) Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to midnight (ET) and Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (ET) to redeem for any reward, including travel.
