Pets (cats and dogs) are welcomingly accepted on certain Zoom routes however the process of transporting animals can be complicated, expensive and procedures will differ with each Airline. To avoid being disappointed, Zoom strongly advises that travelers are completely informed with respect to the transport of their pet prior to booking passenger seats. Be sure that you have researched the availability, requirements and costs related.

Pets are not permitted to travel in passenger cabins or in the regular baggage hold. They are transported in a humane and safe manner as cargo in a climate-controlled and well ventilated compartment. Your animal can travel on your flight or can travel separately on another flight without you. Zoom Airlines adheres to the IATA′s (International Air Transport Association) rules and regulations for animal carriage.
