Retrieve your Electronic Ticket Receipt After your ticket(s) are issued you can use our E-ticket Retrieval program to view your E-ticket. It's Simple! Enter the FlightNetwork® Flight Confirmation Number followed by the travelling passengers Last Name and click on the 'Submit' button. You will then be able to print or email the E-ticket(s) without delay. If you are unable to view your E-ticket using our E-ticket Retrieval program please contact us at etickets@flightnetwork.com and one of our agents will be happy to assist you. |

eDocuments are available on-line or will be sent to your e-mail directly. Please refer to our list of Tour Operators for specific details regarding your Travel Documents. Most Tour Operators have switched to eDocuments for your convenience. Below are our FAQ questions regarding eDocuments.
eDocuments are electronic travel documents that are sent via e-mail to the e-mail address provided during the booking process or may be retrieved on-line with the Tour Operator directly. These documents will be required in order to check in and present at the airline counter for your flights and to present to the hotel for your land stay, if requested.
The following Tour Operators offer eDocuments for most destinations, Albatours, Air Canada Vacations, Nolitours, Signature Vacations, Sunwing Vacations, Sunquest Vacations, Tours Mont Royal, Transat Holidays and Hola Sun/Caribe Sol Holidays.

Usually tickets are issued approximately 14-28 days prior to departure provided the booking is paid for in full.
No, eDocuments must be shown at check-in for both departure and return flights. It is also necessary to have your e-Voucher for hotel check-in. If these documents are not available or have been lost, a charge will apply for re-issue at the airport.
Baggage tags are available at the Tour Operator's airport counter.
Tourist cards are required for travel to Cuba and the Dominican Republic.
Passengers can pick them up at the Tour Operator's airport counter on the day of departure.
