Booking and Payment
- Can a booking be canceled or changed once made?
- Yes, provided we receive it as per cancellation
policy and within set time limits. This must be done
through email or in writing to ascertain that
cancellation has come from same source who has
booked it. Cancellation must be made through us
for smooth refund process.
- Are there charges to cancel booking?
- Please refer to the terms and conditions of your
booking, which were also available to read during
the booking process.
- Is re-confirmation of booking required with hotels?
- No, your details are automatically sent to the hotel
but generally 72 hours prior to your arrival.
- How do I get proof of paid booking
to be presented to hotel?
- An email will be sent almost instantaneously with
Hotel Voucher following your successful booking and
payment. Please present a print out to the hotel
at check-in.
- Can children be booked online?
- Yes, children can be booked online. Child discount
policy differs from hotel to hotel and is passed on
to you and displayed during booking as and where
available.
- Can a group be booked online?
- No, whilst we are in the process of automating it,
for now please contact us by phone or email.
- Can special rooms or requests
be booked online like king or twin beds, higher
floor, sea-view, non-smoking rooms and suites, etc?
- Various room types and views are displayed online
with prices where available. Special requests like
higher floor, non-smoking, connecting room etc. can
be included at time of booking which will be
requested and only confirmed subject
to availability.
- How is the payment made? What credit cards are accepted?
- Visa, Master card, American Express and Diners Club
cards are accepted for payments. A bank transfer
is also possible, please contact us for details.
- When is the payment required? Is the entire amount
payable at time of booking?
- Full payment is required at time of booking.
- Is it safe to enter my details and pay online?
- Your details are secured through encrypted High
Assurance SSL (Secure Socket Layers). Further we
have BBB Online Reliability Program installed for
added protection of your data. We don't share or
pass our customer information to other suppliers.

Pricing
- Are prices quoted in total column for the
room or per person?
- The total price is per room for the number of
guests registered while booking. It includes
all taxes and charges, including breakfast
(only where breakfast is included). Nonetheless
few resorts charge an additional resort fee
directly to customers at check-in, which is
always indicated in the hotel description.
- Where and how can I find discounts
and special deals?
- Our policy is to offer you the best. Hence all
available discounts and special deals will be
displayed online at time of reservation and
there are no hidden lower rates. Early booking,
last minute deals and longer stay discounts are
also offered to you as you enter details.
- Wouldn't a direct booking with
hotel be cheaper vis-à-vis booking with
Flight Network Hotels?
- Owing to our buying power and negotiated low
rates, the hotels we offer are discounted up to
60% off the regular price.
- Is there benefit to book early or wait until
the last minute?
- Nobody can forecast with definite answers.
Depending on various factors influencing the
price, a hotel may offer real low rate to
advance bookers while other property may reduce
rates in last minute to clear surplus inventory.
Once your travel dates are fixed and you have
shopped around, it is always best to book the
most suitable product found.
- Is the price offered by Flight Network Hotels
guaranteed to be lowest?
- We realize there are hundreds of other sites
offering you hotel rates. As such we strive to
offer you the lowest prices. Nevertheless like
everything else in our fast paced world, you may
come across something similar in same city for
slightly lower price, depending on how many
hours you are willing to shop around.
- Why do the prices for same room
differ on different dates?
- Various factors effect pricing, including seasonality,
currency fluctuation of the country where you
are booking, or an exhibition or fair during your
desired time of stay that causes the hotels to
raise prices as availability is scarce.
Notwithstanding the circumstances, our policy is
to offer you the best rate in all given
scenarios.
- Does Flight Network Hotels charge
service fee separately?
- There are no hidden or extra charges applicable
when booking with Flight Network Hotels
- Which currencies are accepted for payment?
- The prices can be displayed with your choice
in US Dollars $, Canadian Dollars $, Euros
€ or Pounds £ at the time of search.
General
- What's the age requirement for booking
and/or staying alone?
- A majority of hotels around the globe do not
accept guests less than 18 years of age to stay
without accompanying adult on safety and legal
grounds. Please do not book unaccompanied
children without checking with us first.
- What are the earliest check-in and/or
latest check-out time?
- Most hotels check-in guests 2pm onwards.
Occasionally and depending on occupancy rate a
hotel may allow early check in. Almost all
hotels will accommodate your luggage at
reception prior to check in for early arrivals.
For late arrivals, rooms are guaranteed until
9am next day morning, after which your room will
be released without refund.
Checkouts begin 11am at most hotels. Late
checkout can be checked directly with the hotel
reception, which may accommodate your request
for a small fee or at gratis, at times. Again,
most hotels will allow your luggage to be left
at reception for late departures.

listed though a link under each property.

- Are parking charges included in pricing,
where parking facilities are available
- Not all hotels have parking facilities.
Some may have arrangements at nearby location.
Unless specified, parking charges will always
be extra at most of the hotels. Where published,
we will list the charges under hotel details.
- What facilities at hotel are
included in my booking?
- Not all facilities at all hotels are included;
For example, business centres and baby sitting
facilities in most cases are extra. Some hotels
may charge for in-room safe, fitness area, etc.
Wherever available, we will file the information.
- Is transportation to and from the hotel included?
How can I find and reach the hotel?
- No, transfers are not included and must be
arranged by you. Hotel location maps and
addresses are available under hotel details.
- Can a booking be transferred
to someone else's name?
- This can be accommodated provided name change
request is made at least 48 hours, excluding
weekends, prior to check in. Should the hotel
demand a name change fee, we will seek your
consent before change is made.
- If full payment is made through Flight Network Hotels,
why do hotels require credit card impressions?
- As part of standard procedure worldwide, credit
card impressions or imprints are taken from
guests as precaution and to cover incidental
expense like laundry, telephone, room service,
etc. The guest has the choice to pay cash
instead at checkout.
- What's the mile to kilometre conversion?
- 1 mile is equal to 1.6km.
- What happens if my flight arrival
is delayed?
- Rooms are guaranteed until 9am next day morning,
after which it will be considered a no-show and
the room will be released without refund.
- Why is full amount charged for last
minute cancellation?
- It's a matter of hotel policy. The rates offered
to you at Flight Network Hotels are heavily discounted
and hence firm cancellation charges are levied,
similar to cheap airline ticket policy.
- What is different between American,
Continental, and English breakfasts?
- Breakfast styles vary globally as per local
lifestyle. For example, a 4 or 5 star hotel
buffet breakfast in Malaysia may include 50 or
more items including proper cooked food and
variety of cut and whole fruits.
American breakfast usually includes 2 eggs,
sliced bacon or sausages, sliced bread or toast
with jam, jelly and butter, pan cakes with
syrup, cereal, coffee, tea, and orange and
grapefruit juice.
Continental breakfast is relatively simpler with
croissants, rolls or bread, butter, jam and/or
marmalade and coffee and tea.
Traditional English breakfast may include some
or all of the following items: cereals, porridge
or stewed prunes, melon, yogurt, boiled eggs or
bacon & eggs, grilled fish, sausages, grilled
or fried mushrooms or tomatoes with fried or
toasted bread, marmalade, tea and coffee.
- What does the term 'en-suite' mean?
- En-suite includes a shower, a bath (or both in
some cases) a basin, and a toilet. Shower or
bath are not stipulated by most hotels therefore
please enter if your requirement is specific.
In rare cases En-suite may not be included which
will be clearly marked as 'shared facilities'.
