(Vacation Package Refund*)

Details

• The individual seeking a refund for Vacation Package(s) purchased is required to:
  • Have involuntary lost his/her full time job on or after July 20, 2009
  • Be 18 years of age or older as of July 20, 2009
  • Be a traveler on the Reservation/Itinerary for which the refund is being requested
  • Have personally paid for the Air flight(s) for which the refund is being requested
• Applies to only to FlightNetwork® Vacation Package purchases made between July 20, 2009 and September 30, 2009
• Applies to only unused vacation Packages booked via FlightNetwork®
• Does not apply to changes to existing Vacation Packages, Packages purchased after September 30, 2009 or changes to Packages made after September 30, 2009
• Refund requests must be received no less than 14 days prior to the scheduled departure date of your outbound light. A Certain holiday periods require further advanced notice.
• For packages that include travel or hotel stay, your request for a refund must be received by fax no later than sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled departure date of your outbound flight. For all requests, the original must be mailed and received by FlightNetwork® no later than the departure date of the outbound flight
• Refund valid for up to nine (9) customers traveling on one reservation
• Excludes the following bookings: Group travel, Corporate travel, Flights, Cruises & Tours
• Excludes payment in the following forms: Gift Cards, Vouchers

How it Works

• Click to download Airfare Refund Letter below
• Complete all sections, sign and have it notarized
• Fax completed Airfare Refund Letter to 905-829-9102
• When your Airfare Refund Letter is received by fax FlightNetwork® will cancel your Airfare flight(s) (Minimum of 14 days prior to departure date)
• Send your original Airfare Refund Letter via mail to the address on the form
• Please allow 24-48 hours for e-mail notification confirming receipt of fax
• Please allow 30 days for processing of refund
• Refund will be processed once original document is received and claim is validated
• If your request for a refund is not approved FlightNetwork® will still cancel the flight(s), charge a $100 cancellation fee and place any remaining amount in a voucher/credit shell, valid toward future air-only transportation on with FlightNetwork® for up to one year
