• Process and document online travel bookings, ensuring accuracy and completion prior to ticketing
• Quality Control and Fraud Analysis
• Check and complete internal administration procedures to process booking
• Communicate with customers via email and phone

• Good knowledge of GDS, preferably Apollo
• Diploma in Tourism and Travel (or in progress)
• Good understanding of BSP and ticketing
• Detail oriented with accuracy, must be organized and ability to multi-task and keep up with fast pace environment
• Exceptional Customer Service skills- internal and external
• Travel Industry product knowledge
• TICO Certified

Flight Network is looking for a SEO Manager with an expert level understanding of SEO and the latest trends within the industry. This position will involve working with our existing SEO team to strategize, plan and execute all aspects of our campaign using the latest strategies and trends to positively impact rankings, traffic, conversion and revenue.

The SEO Manager position will report to the Director of SEO & Social Media.

The SEO Manager will work with a multidisciplinary technology team comprising of SEOs, developers, designers and business analysts to lay the strategy for our SEO campaign. Some of the tasks performed by the SEO Manager are:

• Work with the Director of SEO to properly identify goals.
• Create strategy and execute plan to increase site indexation, including management of XML sitemaps.
• Develop cutting-edge site architecture strategies and work with IT to implement throughout our site.
• Manage Google Webmaster Tools and work with IT team to fix errors.
• Manage SEO tools accounts and work with IT team to fix errors.
• Create process and identify tools to manage broken links throughout the site, and work with IT team to fix issues.
• Work with SEO processes such as keyword portfolio modeling and gap analysis.
• Identify possible on-site improvements and coordinating tests to measure change impact on rankings.
• Work with Director of SEO to set overall link development strategy.
• Manage remote resources to execute link development strategy.
• Develop outside-of-the-box link building techniques to acquire high authority links.
• Work with Blog Manager to develop link worthy content and develop plans for Content Marketing.
• Content management / continuously optimize and update site content, including META data, page content, and articles to ensure maximum rankings for targeted keywords.
• Identify and present new projects to expand visibility in search engines.
• Consult on technical site issues pertaining to coding and site architecture.
• Correlate both link building initiatives and on-site changes to rankings.
• Monitor, assess and react to competitor strategies.

• Strong HTML and CSS skills, any other programming languages are an asset, particularly SQL.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the SEO industry.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel.
• Passionate about the web and Ecommerce.
• Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Strong research skills and significant understanding of the SEO industry and where to source the best information regarding the latest trends and algorithm updates.
• A strong analytical mind.
• An outside-the-box thinker.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, multi-task and participate in team- based planning process
• Strong experience with search engines, website architecture and basic online principles

Our development tool-chain comprises of Perl and PHP on Linux. Successful candidates must have programming skills in one or more of these languages.
