- Proficient with MS Applications, Internet as well as general computer software
- Creative and intuitive

- Ability to work individually with little to no supervision
Job description…
- Data entry of details from new bookings into Accounting system through Apollo scripts
- Answering calls from Direct Passengers as well as Travel Agents; answering questions as well as helping them find hotels in specific destinations
- General understanding of Accounting when dealing with rates, percentages, and Travel Agents or Passengers to make sure figures are correct
- Coordinating with co-workers to confirm bookings and prevent duplication of work as well as making sure all work is completed correctly
- Dealing with problem files and resolving them through our suppliers as well as to the Travel Agent or Passenger
- Sending and confirming requests to suppliers for Passengers
- Keeping detailed files, and making sure all files are up-to-date
- Covering for fellow employees when away
