Naman founded Flight Network in 2005 and currently serves as its Chief Executive Officer, leading a team of over 350 employees in six offices. In his current capacity, Naman is responsible for developing and overseeing the Company’s strategic plan, as well as all facets of Flight Network operations.
Naman has a long history of founding and operating technology start-ups. Prior to founding Flight Network, he founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Farematrix Inc., a software company that allowed travel agents to gain a competitive advantage. Prior to founding Farematrix, Naman also founded Netfaresonline.com, a business-to-business travel booking engine. Just two years after founding Netfaresonline.com he successfully sold the business to World Travel Holdings. Naman also founded BookingNavigator.com and is currently an active angel investor in various successful start-ups.
Naman has received accolades such as the “Top 40 Under 40 in 2011” and the “Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award” finalist in 2009 and 2010. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce in Business from McMaster University.

Neil joined Flight Network in September 2013 and currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer.
At Flight Network, Neil has a passion for building world-class marketing teams and programs on a global scale. Neil is a B2C and B2B marketing expert, having previously been responsible for driving customer acquisition, digital strategy, and brand awareness for some of Canada’s most innovative technology and e-commerce start-ups such as Uberflip and Kobo, as well as various globally-recognized brands such as Lavalife, Ipsos, and GlaxoSmithKline.
Neil has attained an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Derek joined Flight Network in May 2015 as Chief Technology Officer.
Derek is a veteran of digital media having helped build teams at CBC, Astral and Rogers. He has also spent several years building development teams and product for venture-backed startups such as Bitstrips. Derek is focused on ensuring Flight Network continues to be a global leader in travel technology.

Allison joined Flight Network in 2010 and currently serves as Vice President of Operations.
Within this role, she is responsible for leading Flight Network’s global call centre operations, establishing performance metrics and driving productivity and profitability. She brings with her over 25 years of experience in the retail travel industry. Prior to joining Flight Network, Allison was Senior Director of Operations and Sales at itravel2000 and also a Sales Associate at Sell-Off Vacations.
Allison earned a Certificate in Travel and Tourism from Sheridan College.

Stuart joined Flight Network in 2019 and currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer. Stuart brings with him extensive experience having worked in both Human Capital/Talent Consulting at Mercer and as an HR Executive at RioCan. At Flight Network, Stuart is responsible for the overall human resources strategy and execution including employment planning and talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, executive and broad-based compensation programs and systems, employee benefits and wellness programs, and organizational training & development. Stuart is a business graduate from McGill University and has a Board Human Resources Committee Graduate Degree from Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. He is also a member of the CHRO Leadership Summit governing body and HRPA.

Craig holds a degree from the University of Ottawa and attended business school in France. He started his career with French airline UTA, and then joined CP Air in Canada. In 1991, Kijek began working in the B2B travel industry, progressing to the role of Director General at Intair. More recently, he served as the Sr. Vice President Independent Travel at TravelBrands.
