The nearest airport to Pereybere beach is Port Louis Airport, but no international flights are active from this airport. Mauritius’ international airport is located in the South East and Pereybere is located in the North West. A person can directly book a flight till Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport (MRU), and then take a 45-minute drive to the centre of the capital, Port Louis. There are a number of taxi companies offering transfers from the airport to Pereybere for a range of rates. Alternate option is traveller can book a direct flight to Port Louis from Johannesburg. The flight duration to Port Louis is approximately 3 hours and 55 minutes. MRU serves several airlines, including South African Airways, British Airways and Air Mauritius.
