Piha Beach

Piha Beach is one of New Zealand’s most famous pieces of land. It offers incredible surfing and breathtaking views. Secluded from most of society, the beach’s white sand is peppered with black iron from a past volcanic eruption, while the deep-blue water offers a world of exploration just off the shore. Hike to the stunning Kitekite Falls or peer at the angles of Lion Rock, enjoying the sheer natural beauty that New Zealand has to offer. Whether you’re a thrill-seeker or a beach-lover, you cannot go wrong with Piha Beach.

Getting There

Whether you are traveling from Vancouver or Toronto, Sydney or Seattle you can easily get a flight to Auckland. On reaching Auckland you can take a ferry to Rangitoto Island. The best way to get to Piha is by car or taxi as there is no public transport or you can take the Piha Surf Shuttle which would be half the price.
