Kitsilano Beach

Kitsilano Beach is one of the most popular beaches in Vancouver. It has a wide array of facilities in addition to the stunning natural beach which make it perfect for a family vacation. Getting There

After flying into Vancouver International Airport, getting to Kitsilano Beach is relatively simple. If you’re driving, the major parking lots for Kits Beach are located off Cornwall Avenue, between Yew St. and Arbutus; this area also functions as a “main entrance” to the beach. Drive along Grant McConachie Way E and Granville St to W 16th Ave in Vancouver and then take Burrard St to your destination. If you want to take public transportation from downtown Vancouver, you can take the False Creek Ferry to Vanier Park/Vancouver Maritime Museum, walking distance to Kitsilano Beach.
