Manly Beach is in Sydney, Australia. Sydney boasts a large international airport with flights going to and from major travel hubs all around the world. It is the main hub for Qantas Airlines and is a secondary hub for Virgin Australia and Jetstar Airways. After landing in Sydney, you can take a cab to Sydney Harbour to hop on the ferry to the beach. The ferry departs every thirty minutes and will cruise you past the Opera House on your way to Manly Beach.
