Netanya Beach

North of Tel Aviv, Netanya offers approximately eight beaches overlooking one of the longest coastlines in Israel overlooking the Mediterranean. One of the main attractions of the beaches in Netanya is the Beach Elevator which is accessed from the Rishonim Promenade and provides direct beach access. To use the elevator a fee of one shekel is paid providing a gateway from the city to the sea in a matter of seconds. Netanya also attracts many surfers and swimmers and can be particularly busy on weekends with many locals eager to soak in the sun rays and enjoy a calm day at one of the eight beaches available in Netanya.

Getting There

Netanya is approximately a 30-minute drive from major city Tel Aviv and is the seventh largest city in Israel. Beach can be accessed from the city center via the Beach Elevator and also offers parking (paid) options nearby. North Americans can catch non stop flights to Tel Aviv from  Boston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Montreal, Toronto.
